General shipping Information
All orders are shipped as insured packages from Germany and Bulgaria with tracking information. Orders received during Monday – Friday before 12.00 a.m. (Central European Time) are processed on the same business day and orders received after 12.00 a.m. (Central European Time) will be processed the following business day.
Please note that like with everything in life, sometimes things come up which could cause delays in the shipping process. We promise that we will do our best to get these beautiful products to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed should such delays impact your order.

All orders are fulfilled through DHL.
Tax & Duties
International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. With our partners from DHL we take care of everything about your order so you do not have to pay anything additional!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Within the EU returns are free of charge, in other countries the return costs are to be paid by the customer.

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were bought on sale or through gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
