To which countries do you deliver?
We ship worldwide excluding Russia and China. For any specific inquiries, please firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will follow up with you shortly!
What are the shipment costs and how long does it take?
All orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner in Bulgaria through DHL.
Currently, the ship worldwide excluding Russia and China is free and return within Europe is also free of charge.
Rest of Europe: Delivery Time 5-7 days, estimated shipping costs (< 2KG) ca. 8 €
International: Delivery Time 5-10 days, estimated shipping costs (< 2KG) 30 €
Are there duties & taxes to pay?
Our orders are shipped from Bulgaria. Therefore, for countries in the European Union, no customs fees are applied. International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order has reached its destination country.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes. Therefore customers are responsible for potential additional fees and charges. Import duties and taxes may vary from country to country – we recommend, you contact your local custom office for more information before placing an order.
How will the products be send?
At RAP BAG we try reduce the impact on the environment as best as possible. Our entire shipment is climate neutral and we use recycled paper boxes with logo of them. Our handbags come with a branded cotton cover that can later be used as protection for the bag.
How (long) can I return products?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply contact us email@example.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In Europe returns are free of charge, in other countries the return costs are to be paid by the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Our handbags are made from carefully selected Genuine Italian leather. Paired with a high level of care in production, the leather quality guarantees that your favorite RAP BAG handbag stays with you for a long time, maintaining an excellent touch and visual finish. To choose the best possible leather, we work with established Italian tanneries, that have long years of experience and work in accordance with the high EU regulations and standards.
Our other materials such as inlay or metal ware are also completely sourced in Italy, each of the components are carefully researched and selected.
What is the size of the notebook compartment?
The compartment is suitable up to a 15″ laptop (maximum 38 x 26 x 2 cm)
My bag has a damage, what do I do?
Although we produce under high quality standards, it might happen that some few bags have an unexpected damage. In this case, we offer a complimentary repair service in the first two years after your purchase, so your favorite bag stays with you forever. Please contact us with any issues at firstname.lastname@example.org. Since the repair service goes through our manufacturers in Italy or Bulgaria the entire process might take up to 3 weeks.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a two-year warranty on all of our bags. If you are experiencing unforeseen quality issues, email us email@example.com with your order number or purchase receipt. Please include photos of the issue as well as the front, back, sides, bottom, and interior of your bag.
Is it possible to get a replacement of the straps?
Yes it is possible. Please reach us via Mail firstname.lastname@example.org and attach some photos of the strap, so that we can discuss the individual matter.
The best way to store your RAP BAG is somewhere, where it is protected from scratches and sunlight. For that, you can use your cloth bag that was sent to you with the bag.
We advise you to stuff the bag with paper or textiles (or other lightweight material), which helps to prevent deformation.
How do I take care of my RAP BAGS products?
For light cleaning, we recommend washing your bag with a cloth, wet with warm water. You can also spot clean your RAP BAG handbag with a leather cleaner, which can be purchased at a drug store or Supermarket. Be sure to test products before applying to the whole bag. Please avoid using wipes that have chemicals in them as this will ruin the leather.
